A modern family holiday home located in Paragon Court, Coolum Beach.
A short 5 minute stroll from the patrolled surf beach, Tickle Park, cafes, shops and restaurants.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (including one en-suite).
Downstairs there is one huge room with a room divider, queen size bed, bathroom,
2 Ikea chair-beds and a day bed - perfect for a family of five.
The house is large enough to sleep 13 people, is fully furnished and equipped to a high standard.
There is a reverse cycle air-conditioner in the dining/kitchen area and ceiling fans throughout the home and in all bedrooms.
