THE HOME
Located in the quiet beachside enclave of Mudjimba, this contemporary holiday home is just a flat walk from the beach and nearby village-style shopping precinct with its range of shops and cafes. With four bedrooms, plenty of living space and a fully fenced yard suited to visitors with pets, this is the ideal property for your next family holiday.
Boasting all the modern conveniences you would expect from a home of this quality, there is complimentary WIFI, an inground swimming pool, reverse cycle air conditioning with cooling and heating functionality (meaning year round comfort) and a spacious double garage and secure off street parking – house is spread across a single level, ideal for guests in a wheel chair or anyone who doesn’t want to navigate stairs throughout the duration of their stay.
There is plenty of living space both inside and out, with a media room, open plan living and separate sitting area overlooking the pool. Outside, a generous covered entertaining area with BBQ and outdoor seating adjoins the inviting pool, while there are sun loungers and an outdoor shower for guests to make use of during their visit. A stylish kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a double door fridge/freezer and breakfast bar for casual vacation meal times.
The master retreat is complete with a queen bed, walk in wardrobe, ensuite, air conditioning and direct access to the pool and deck area while there are two further queen bedrooms and a fourth bedroom with twin singles. A family bathroom features a bath, shower and toilet.
Additional features of this home include a fully equipped laundry with washer/dryer, LCD TVs, DVD player, an entertainment system and iPod dock. With so many peaceful spaces to curl up with your favourite holiday novel and the ease to wander along to the beach, shops or surf club at your leisure, everything you need for a perfect vacation with friends or family is easily provided within this fabulous property.

THE LOCATION
Mudjimba Beach is an unspoiled coastal haven just a stone’s throw from Maroochydore and 90 minutes from Brisbane. The endless, golden sands of Mudjimba are bounded by the Maroochy River and the Pacific Ocean. Tucked away off the main road, this glorious beach has been given ‘hidden gem’ status and is the perfect getaway for those seeking a truly relaxing beach holiday with friends and family.
This aquatic playground is patrolled daily and you should only swim between the flags near Mudjimba Surf Club’s watch tower in case of rips or strong currents. Along the beach you’ll find excellent fishing spots. For surfers there are consistent surf breaks along the beach. The patrolled parts of the beach are perfect for the kids’ swimming and boogie boarding adventures. Adjacent to Mudjimba Surf Club is a fantastic children’s playground which is well-shaded and grassy. Covered barbecues and picnic tables make this a great spot for a long, lazy lunch or to unwind with a quiet sunset barbeque. Just across the road there are numerous eateries serving everything from traditional fish ‘n’ chips to organic, locally-grow fare and espresso coffee.
A short drive away you will find Point Perry and Point Arkwright – perfect for watching the whales, dolphins and turtles swim by. To the north you will find Coolum Beach, Noosa, Hastings Street and the surrounding Noosa National Park where you can take a nature walk and may be lucky enough to spot koalas and other Australian wildlife in their natural habitat.
The Sunshine Coast Airport is just five minutes away by car and Brisbane Airport is just over an hour’s drive away. Easily access everything the fabulous Sunshine Coast has to offer from this central location.

NO SMOKING POLICY
The house & property grounds are completely smoke free In the event that any house guest or friends of the guest is identified as smoking on site or in the house, the managers reserve the right to immediately request all occupants of the house up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the house to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for that night's accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the house.
NO PARTIES POLICY
To ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbours the property must not be used for any parties, functions, schoolies gatherings, weddings or unlawful purposes. If this clause is not adhered to PENALTIES WILL APPLY.
TENANCY AND BAD BOOKS
Coolum Holidays participate in the Bad Books Register. By accepting this booking you hereby agree that if you or any occupant covered by this booking, breaches our terms and conditions, your name, phone number and email address and details of the breach/s may be registered with this organisation. Coolum Holidays reserve the right to cancel a booking where a guest is registered on bad books.
