This property has only the nature reserve between you and the beach and a gate in the back yard that gives you access to the board walk that weaves through the sand dunes and onto the golden sands of Marcoola Beach.

The property has 4 bedrooms, which would accommodate 2 families with bedding to sleep 8, 3 bathrooms and heaps of places to escape for time out if needed.
You will be able to sit back and relax in the open living area overlooking the sparkling pool while the steaks are cooking on the BBQ or venture upstairs to the deck area to take in the views of Mt Coolum.
The kitchen is equipped for the big holiday cook up where everyone can sit around and chat about the fun filled day in the sun you just had.
So at night when it is time to rest, lie back and listen to the waves crash onto the sand.
This is what having a holiday is about, your own little resort. Sorry you need to bring your own maid.
