Take in the sound of the surf and relax in this brand new four bedroom, three bathroom deluxe holiday home that is finished within ground pool & spa. Downstairs is complete with an air conditioned media room with surround sound and four recliner theatre chairs, as well as the general lounge area boasting a black leather suite which is o so comfy.

The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances including ice dispenser, dishwasher and full cooking facilities. The kitchen and the lounge area look out to the in ground salt water swimming pool which has a spa and air jets, both operated by a remote control unit.
There is one bedroom (Queen Size bed) downstairs that overlooks the in ground pool. This bedroom has its own ensuite and is air-conditioned for ultimate comfort. There is a separate laundry facility that offers washing machine and dryer just in case you feel like working on your holiday.
Head on upstairs and there is another separate TV Lounge area to enjoy, 2 bedrooms and master suite. The two upstairs bedrooms are equipped with a queen size bed in each and share a bathroom that provides a spa bath and double basin sink.
The master bedroom fitted with air conditioning is decked out with a king size bed that you could get lost in. The ensuite is out of this world and has a huge double shower, bath tub and double basin sink. There is a separate and private deck of the master bedroom that is the perfect spot for that morning coffee and paper or sipping on some chardy in the afternoon.
