Just across the road from the beach, this contemporary home is both spacious and stylish, with sweeping high ceilings and louvre windows letting in an abundance of natural light as well as inviting cooling sea breezes to flow in from the outside. Guests can relax and unwind in one of the three living areas, as well as a media room with a movie library, an upstairs TV nook, upstairs balcony overlooking the pool and an office/library with a range of books and games for visitors to enjoy. The open plan living space downstairs includes a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, double door fridge/freezer and tea and coffee making facilities as well as an eight seater dining table and island breakfast bar.
The fully fenced, child friendly yard includes an inviting inground swimming pool and covered alfresco area complete with BBQ for guests to make use of. Four air conditioned bedrooms provide spacious accommodation, with the master retreat including a king bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite. All other bedrooms have queen beds, ceiling fans and double wardrobes and share an upstairs bathroom with an oversize bath, shower and double vanity. A third bathroom with a bath and shower is located on the ground floor as is one of the queen bedrooms.
Additional features of this fantastic property include complimentary WIFI, ceiling fans throughout, a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer and a double lock up garage with extra off street parking for a boat or jet ski as well.

Mudjimba Beach is an unspoiled coastal haven just a stone’s throw from Maroochydore and 90 minutes from Brisbane. The endless, golden sands of Mudjimba are bounded by the Maroochy River and the Pacific Ocean. Tucked away off the main road, this glorious beach has been given ‘hidden gem’ status and is the perfect getaway for those seeking a truly relaxing beach holiday with friends and family.
This aquatic playground is patrolled daily and you should only swim between the flags near Mudjimba Surf Club’s watch tower in case of rips or strong currents. Along the beach you’ll find excellent fishing spots. For surfers there are consistent surf breaks along the beach. The patrolled parts of the beach are perfect for the kids’ swimming and boogie boarding adventures. Adjacent to Mudjimba Surf Club is a fantastic children’s playground which is well-shaded and grassy. Covered barbecues and picnic tables make this a great spot for a long, lazy lunch or to unwind with a quiet sunset barbeque. Just across the road there are numerous eateries serving everything from traditional fish ‘n’ chips to organic, locally-grow fare and espresso coffee.
A short drive away you will find Point Perry and Point Arkwright – perfect for watching the whales, dolphins and turtles swim by. To the north you will find Coolum Beach, Noosa, Hastings Street and the surrounding Noosa National Park where you can take a nature walk and may be lucky enough to spot koalas and other Australian wildlife in their natural habitat.
The Sunshine Coast Airport is just five minutes away by car and Brisbane Airport is just over an hour’s drive away. Easily access everything the fabulous Sunshine Coast has to offer from this central location.

NO SMOKING POLICY
The house & property grounds are completely smoke free In the event that any house guest or friends of the guest is identified as smoking on site or in the house, the managers reserve the right to immediately request all occupants of the house up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the house to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for that night's accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the house.
NO PARTIES POLICY
To ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbours the property must not be used for any parties, functions, schoolies gatherings, weddings or unlawful purposes. If this clause is not adhered to PENALTIES WILL APPLY.
TENANCY AND BAD BOOKS
Coolum Holidays participate in the Bad Books Register. By accepting this booking you hereby agree that if you or any occupant covered by this booking, breaches our terms and conditions, your name, phone number and email address and details of the breach/s may be registered with this organisation. Coolum Holidays reserve the right to cancel a booking where a guest is registered on bad books.
Bond money will be held in our Trust Account until your departure.
