Amazing Spacious Bohemian Beachhouse
Situated in a quiet beachside enclave, this spacious property with its sweeping high exposed timber ceilings and wrap around deck is an easy, flat stroll away from the pristine white sand and surf of Mudjimba Beach. Pet friendly, and with a fully fenced yard and inground swimming pool, this home is the perfect spot to bring the whole family for a magical beachside escape.
The open plan living area features high ceilings, an LCD TV with DVD player and flows easily out to the covered timber deck. Overlooking the pool, the deck is ideal for alfresco dining or relaxed BBQs with friends and family. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with an island bench, microwave, dishwasher, gas oven and cooktop, stainless steel fridge/freezer as well as a dining table for six.
Guests are comfortably accommodated in one of three bedrooms – a master with queen bed and ensuite bathroom, an additional queen bedroom and a bunkroom/kids retreat offering 2 bunk beds to sleep up to four people. Additional features of this fantastic beachhouse include complimentary WIFI, an upstairs TV room, double garage parking, a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer, ceiling fans or pedestal fans throughout (no air conditioning) and bespoke polished timber flooring.
With a multitude of peaceful spaces to curl up with your favourite holiday novel and the ease to wander along to the beach, shops or surf club at your leisure, everything you need for a perfect vacation with friends or family is seamlessly provided within this fabulous property.

Mudjimba Beach is an unspoiled coastal haven just a stone’s throw from Maroochydore and 90 minutes from Brisbane. The endless, golden sands of Mudjimba are bounded by the Maroochy River and the Pacific Ocean. Tucked away off the main road, this glorious beach has been given ‘hidden gem’ status and is the perfect getaway for those seeking a truly relaxing beach holiday with friends and family.
This aquatic playground is patrolled daily and you should only swim between the flags near Mudjimba Surf Club’s watch tower in case of rips or strong currents. Along the beach you’ll find excellent fishing spots. For surfers there are consistent surf breaks along the beach. The patrolled parts of the beach are perfect for the kids’ swimming and boogie boarding adventures. Adjacent to Mudjimba Surf Club is a fantastic children’s playground which is well-shaded and grassy. Covered barbecues and picnic tables make this a great spot for a long, lazy lunch or to unwind with a quiet sunset barbeque. Just across the road there are numerous eateries serving everything from traditional fish ‘n’ chips to organic, locally-grow fare and espresso coffee.
A short drive away you will find Point Perry and Point Arkwright – perfect for watching the whales, dolphins and turtles swim by. To the north you will find Coolum Beach, Noosa, Hastings Street and the surrounding Noosa National Park where you can take a nature walk and may be lucky enough to spot koalas and other Australian wildlife in their natural habitat.
The Sunshine Coast Airport is just five minutes away by car and Brisbane Airport is just over an hour’s drive away. Easily access everything the fabulous Sunshine Coast has to offer from this central location.

NO SMOKING POLICY
The house & property grounds are completely smoke free In the event that any house guest or friends of the guest is identified as smoking on site or in the house, the managers reserve the right to immediately request all occupants of the house up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the house to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for that night's accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the house.
NO PARTIES POLICY
To ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbours the property must not be used for any parties, functions, schoolies gatherings, weddings or unlawful purposes. If this clause is not adhered to PENALTIES WILL APPLY.
TENANCY AND BAD BOOKS
Coolum Holidays participate in the Bad Books Register. By accepting this booking you hereby agree that if you or any occupant covered by this booking, breaches our terms and conditions, your name, phone number and email address and details of the breach/s may be registered with this organisation. Coolum Holidays reserve the right to cancel a booking where a guest is registered on bad books.
Bond money will be held in our Trust Account until your departure.
