This architecturally designed beach house is nestled in the beach side estate called North Beach within Mudjimba Beach area, backing onto a park where the kids and dogs can play at the end of the day, yes the property is pet friendly.
The house is split level with kitchen, dining and living all in the main part of the home, bi fold doors open onto the massive covered deck area which overlooks the pool and park where you can entertain and cook up a feast on the bbq, also on this level is the main bedroom which is spacious and ensuited.
On the upper level you have a sitting area with tv where you can escape and relax or set the kids up for a play area, you also have two bedrooms and main bathroom adjacent with one of the bedrooms having access to a deck area.
Throughout the whole home you have cathedral ceilings, polished timber floors and lots of natural air flowing through the home. You only have a short walk to Mudjimbas patrolled beach, local shops and eateries. Im sure you will not want to leave this fine holiday home.

By accepting this booking you hereby agree that if you or any occupant covered by this booking, breaches our terms and conditions, your name, phone number and email address and details of the breach/s may be registered with this organisation. Coolum Holidays reserve the right to cancel a booking where a guest is registered on bad books.
Bond money will be held in our Trust Account until your departure.
