Escape to the sunshine coast to the beautiful and secluded Marcoola Beach. This lovely two-bedroom duplex is the perfect destination for a getaway.
Situated a short 5 minute walk from Marcoola patrolled beach, this newly refurbished detached duplex has everything you could want; two double bedrooms and private courtyard with BBQ and outdoor shower to wash the sand off when you get back from the beach. The house also has a converted garage with sofabed for the kids or extra guests.
Crisp white linen and bath towels are provided. Beach towels are available for hire. Property is fully fenced so is perfect for children and the furrier members of your family.
Main living area has ceiling fans and is open plan with plenty of crossbreeze. Doors and windows are screened. The lounge has a comfortable modular lounge with a large 42inch LCD HD TV and DVD. The dining area is adjacent to kitchen with a dining table that seats six. This opens onto one of the two outdoor living areas. There is a fully equipped laundry.
Bathroom (one only) has shower over bathtub with separate toilet.
The house is situated close to all the Sunshine Coast attractions, with Coolum, Noosa and the hinterland all within 30 minutes away. There are 5 star golf courses at both Twin Waters and The Palmer Resort within 5 minutes from the apartment making it is a golfer's paradise and is only 5 minutes from the Maroochydore Airport.
This house is available for a minimum of 3 nights during low season with a minimum of five preferred for mid and high seasons. Short-term accommodation is also available for discounted rates.

This property is non-smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted outdoors when butts are disposed of thoughtfully.

To ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbours the property must not be used for any parties, functions, schoolies gatherings,weddings or unlawful purposes. If this clause is not adhered to PENALTIES WILL APPLY.
Tenancy and bad books:
Coolum Holidays participate in the Bad Books Register. By accepting this booking you hereby agree that if you or any occupant covered by this booking, breaches our terms and conditions, your name, phone number and email address and details of the breach/s may be registered with this organisation. Coolum Holidays reserve the right to cancel a booking where a guest is registered on bad books.
Bond money will be held in our Trust Account until your departure.
