Downstairs has another television room with full size pool table.  Another bedroom and bathroom are on this floor and you will also find the laundry on this level.  
Access to the garage is from this floor also.  Wrap around decks on both floors perfect for entertaining or just relaxing with a good book looking over the trees to the water.
