Perched on an elevated block, 180 degree views, overlooking the expansive Pacific Ocean, this amazing property is an ideal option for your next Sunshine Coast holiday. There are four comfortable and spacious bedrooms, complete with private inground swimming pool, so you and your family or friends, have a memorable vacation.
This light-filled home has large sliding glass doors and ample windows; opening out to the wrap-around timber balconies. The neutral palate, high ceilings and sky lights, perfectly complement the timber flooring, while balconies on both levels are ideal for relaxing in the warm climate. Enjoy taking in the view, reading your favourite holiday novel or maybe do some seasonal whale spotting during their migration from May - October.
Upstairs, guests will find a spacious, air conditioned, open plan lounge / living and dining area, with an extra-large, feature dining table, to seat ten. The stylish and contemporary kitchen is the hub of the home, with stainless steel appliances, granite bench-tops and premium appointments. The living area flows effortlessly out to the balcony, inviting refreshing sea breezes. Also on this upper level, is a separate powder room, and the sumptuous master suite, complete with private balcony access, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and walk in wardrobe.
Downstairs, guests can relax in the second living area, with Smart TV, bar fridge and a second separate powder room. Throw open the doors to the downstairs timber deck and access to the sparkling inground swimming pool. There are two gorgeous queen bedrooms, both with built in wardrobes and ceiling fans, one with ocean views. The king single bedroom also has ocean views and ceiling fan. All bedrooms are beautifully carpeted for that extra luxurious feel.

The beautiful crescent shaped bays of Coolum can offer quiet solitude and are just a short stroll away, while the shops and cafes of Coolum Esplanade can be easily reached by walking along the picturesque coastal timber boardwalk.
Coolum is a surfing and golfing mecca, with a carefree holiday atmosphere, distinct from its neighbouring beach towns. Its long shopping and entertainment strip has a stunning outlook across the large beachfront park, and its leafy backstreets quietly traverse this beautiful coastal town in constant view of Mount Coolum, a grand volcanic dome that presides over the landscape. A short stroll away from the heart of Coolum you will find Point Perry and Point Arkwright perfect for watching the whales, dolphins and turtles swim by.
Just a 15 minute drive to Maroochy River where you can hire a variety of water craft such as kayaks, stand up paddle boards and fishing boats or pontoons. To the north you will find Noosa beach, Hastings Street and the surrounding Noosa National Park where you can take a nature walk and may be lucky enough to spot koalas and other Australian wildlife in their natural habitat. And there is of course an easy drive to Eumundi Markets and the surrounding hinterland.
The Sunshine Coast Airport is just ten minutes away by car and Brisbane Airport is just over an hour away.
