A generous family kitchen space is fitted with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and oven with electric cooktop. There is a dining setting for six and a private outdoor courtyard area for alfresco entertaining all year round. The ground floor is complete with a separate laundry featuring a washing machine and downstairs toilet.
Upstairs guests will be delighted with the three spacious and comfortable bedrooms on offer. A huge master bedroom with king bed, massive built in wardrobe and ceiling fan also has direct access to the large family bathroom and boasts a peaceful bushland outlook. The second bedroom is also large, with a queen bed, built in wardrobe and ceiling fan, while the third bedroom is perfect for the kids or friends staying together, with twin single beds and a built in robe.
The property is fantastically appointed for guests to make the most of their holiday, with the mountain, shops and beautiful beach of Mt Coolum just a short walk away, ceiling fans, a fully fenced outdoor courtyard and off street parking. NO SMOKING POLICY
The apartment is completely smoke free. In the event that any house guest or friends of the guest is identified as smoking inside the apartment, the managers reserve the right to immediately request all occupants of the house up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the house to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for that night's accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the house.
NO PETS POLICY
In the event that any guest is identified as having a dog or pet on the property, the property managers reserve the right to immediately request all occupants of the house up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the house to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for that night's accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the house, replacement of any furniture/fixture/fitting breakage, as well as for any required repairs.
NO PARTIES POLICY
Minimum age of paying guest is 21. To ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbours the property must not be used for any parties, functions, schoolies gatherings, weddings or unlawful purposes. If this clause is not adhered to PENALTIES WILL APPLY.
TENANCY AND BAD BOOKS
Coolum Holidays participate in the Bad Books Register. By accepting this booking you hereby agree that if you or any occupant covered by this booking, breaches our terms and conditions, your name, phone number and email address and details of the breach/s may be registered with this organisation. Coolum Holidays reserve the right to cancel a booking where a guest is registered on bad books.
Bond money will be held in our Trust Account until your departure.
