A third bedroom has two king single beds and showcases sparkling ocean views. The family bathroom offers both a bath and shower plus separate toilet while the laundry is complete with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board as well as an outdoor washing line for towels and linen.
The Phoenix Apartment complex offers a quiet retreat in a premium oceanfront position, with a communal swimming pool, changing room, BBQ area, and outdoor shower; while the apartment itself boasts unrivalled, private access to facilities without having to pass through communal areas or go up and down stairs ideal for families with children or for individuals who may struggle with mobility.

NO SMOKING POLICY
The apartment is completely smoke free. In the event that any house guest or friends of the guest is identified as smoking inside the apartment, the managers reserve the right to immediately request all occupants of the house up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the house to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for that night's accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the house.
NO PETS POLICY
In the event that any guest is identified as having a dog or pet on the property, the property managers reserve the right to immediately request all occupants of the house up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the house to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for that night's accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the house, replacement of any furniture/fixture/fitting breakage, as well as for any required repairs.
NO PARTIES POLICY
Minimum age of paying guest is 21. To ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbours the property must not be used for any parties, functions, schoolies gatherings, weddings or unlawful purposes. If this clause is not adhered to PENALTIES WILL APPLY.
TENANCY AND BAD BOOKS
Coolum Holidays participate in the Bad Books Register. By accepting this booking you hereby agree that if you or any occupant covered by this booking, breaches our terms and conditions, your name, phone number and email address and details of the breach/s may be registered with this organisation. Coolum Holidays reserve the right to cancel a booking where a guest is registered on bad books.
Bond money will be held in our Trust Account until your departure.
